1Introduction

3Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Per Member

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the platform apk kiss. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and winnings without any compensation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Required information includes your full name as per your official Malaysian identity document, MyKad number, a valid email address, a Malaysian phone number, and your bank account or eWallet details for payment purposes.

An active email address that belongs to you personally
A valid Malaysian phone number for OTP verification
A strong password of at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers

3.3 Password Security

4Deposits & Payments

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 10. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method and the member's account verification level. VIP members enjoy higher deposit limits compared to standard members.

Important Note: All deposits must use a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in withdrawal suspension.

4.3 Transaction Accuracy

Apk kiss is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect deposit amounts entered or the wrong payment method selected. Once a deposit transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed. If you experience any issues with a deposit, please contact apk kiss customer support within 24 hours.

5Withdrawal

5.1 Basic Withdrawal Requirements

5.2 Processing Time

Important: Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms will result in account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

6Bonus & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Claims

All bonuses and promotions offered by apk kiss subject to the rollover requirements and specific terms stated in each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific conditions attached to that bonus in addition to these general Terms.

7Prohibited Member Conduct

10.3 Balance Upon Termination

11Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the original Bahasa Melayu version of these Terms, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail as the authoritative reference. These Terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels.
